Recently I attended few corporate training programmes in which there were many speaches made for social upliftment and hidden feelings of many executives at different level to be a part of social movements. Many shared their long time wish of joining different measures. I was really surprised to know that each of us nurture these feelings somewhere but at the same time, it was a harsh truth that very few take ture steps to realise these dreams. Its impossible to believe that we don't get time to spend few hours of our years to do something we want. Many a times it gives a feeling that they speak of these only to get some mileage over others which is a sorry state. Corporates earn so much, they must come out individually to return something back to the society more than just taxes. |
